If the meter at the property is a new Smart Meter these are owned by Arc Innovations. If it is one of the older meters this is owned by NGC/Vector.
With the new smart meters these are installed on behalf of Meridian but can be read by other retailers as well. The readings are taken by Arc Innovations either via Vodafone or Radio frequency.
So effectively no change then.
