So, what else happened over the weekend?
Aug. 11th, 2003 08:33 amFriday evening (once K had left): went to drinkies. Mostly non-KAOS crowd. Inside smokers. Caught up on some gossip. Stayed longer than I expected to.
Saturday evening: Zane & Jenny's farewell drinkies. Many people - almost became a party. Zane was givng stuff away (most uncharacteristic, but they are moving to Australia). Got some loot. N's car was broken into while it was parked out the front. There were shenanigens with a "reptilian nipple clamp". Zane set off a sparkler bomb which contained the lay-line chrat - there was containment failure and he had to manually light the chart. Rat made a valiant efort to save it :) I guess now I'll never know how many lines were connected to me.
Sunday: there was a committee meeting. It took two hours to get quorum there, then the meeting took 15 minutes. The AGM is next week.
