So after feeling fine yesterday I wake up this moring with my lungs full of phlegm and overactive sinuses. Still came to work - have to take stuff home today, my plane lifts off at 6:45am tomorrow. A day trip to Tauranga, getting back at 6:50pm. I may not be very awake at the Perversion party.
I think we had a very good session last night at gaming - the PCs relaxed and got up to silly stuff to start with, successfully and (mostly) non-violently dealt with a wandering NPC, got attacked at night and missed wake-up rolls, won with prisoners, and interrogated in nasty fashions. Carrie got to prove that she is willing to go all the way and cut someone's balls off if they are refusing to talk, and Hast was even nastier with some finely applied cold magic (ice crystals uner the finger/toenails anyone? Frozen-to-cracked teeth? He didn't actually do the eyeballs, but they were discussing it).
Carrie may have been a bit shocked. She thought she was bloodthirsty...
Unfortunately they were dealing with fanatics. They eventually got some information with a Shadows of the Mind spell.
