Update: Antonio Hall now has a website
Antonio House (more commonly Antonio Hall as that is displayed on the roadside sign) is a Category II Historic place (See entry on the Historic Places Trust website). After writing about it previously I was contacted with an offer to view the earthquake damaged property and inside the safe parts to the West.
The property is not public access, so if you are reading this and interested in learning more contact me, marsden.marsden@gmail.com, and I will put you in touch with the appropriate people.
