I spent the late afternoon/early evening at ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
ghetsuhm's birthday drinkies. This was an unusual event for me in that it involved a lot of people around my own age (+/- 5). The majority of them were old-crowd KAOS, which meant also the right sort of people, even though I don't know many of them that well.
I had a great time, which frankly I needed.
Afterward I headed to the "30 Years on Mars" party, for which the inhabitants of the Dollshouse flat had constructed about $1000 worth of inflatable hab-dome (photos uploading now). It was really impressive, but the party generally fell a bit flat for me. I danced to a few songs, but the run started with Rasputin which is not a warm-up song and left me a bit shaky.
