Does TelstraClear have a residential VOIP offfering in the works?

Buried in a NZ Herald article about TelstraClear testing their own PVR and IPTV service to compete with MySky (no surprises there) is this little gem:

Telstra is touting the T-Hub, a touchscreen device offering regular phone features and internet access, the ability to play music, look at videos and photos and run a household diary.

A residential VOIP offering? Please let it be so. Please let it be soon. Please let it be cheaper than a landline!

Depending on where you live, you can get Naked DSL (bundled with VoIP) from Slingshot. Their service isn't the greatest, but it definitely works out cheaper than broadband+landline.

I like my fibre to the wall :D DSL is a turn-off.

If I can just get a computer talking to the TV and sort out the hardware issues associated with moving to VOIP I can actually ditch the landline and the Cable TV and just have a high-cap fibre connection from TC.
