- people who text while cycling (and hence get slow and wobbly). Down Riccarton Road. At rush hour in the am.

So, the weekend. Saturday went OK, but the rest sort of vanished in a manner which was neither productive or the refreshing break I had hoped for :(
Which means there is a whole bunch of stuff I should be doing right now, and can't even motivate myself to wash the dishes.

Asked about the next stage in my tractioning at chiro this morning, as I've managed the 14 consecutive days of 17 minutes not-flat on my back and the logsheet said the next step was to start the process over again with a bungee - for which I had not received instructions. Turns out I'm not on that program ... so I should just keep doing the 17 minutes until my next x-rays and report at the end of the month. In fact, they'd like it if I could manage twice a day. I think not.
...this isn't the first issue I've had with their paperwork. Copies of the initial information sheets and the medical history/assessment forms went back with a number of red-pen comments - little stuff like typos, minor contradictions, fields which were inappropriately sized for any possible answer to the question, that sort of thing. They're little things, but they're important to the trust one has in the supposed professionals.
And the staff consistantly think I'm using a neck wedge traction device, when they've actually given me the lower-back semi-circle one. Just waiting for the next feedback form.

I see the Dndn Dec & Dev has been moved. Still intend to attend, but will probably be travelling via Cromwell.
... I need to get me a bigger map.
