For the second week in a row Against the Giants defaulted to card games due to unotified absence of players. As real life steals a player away permanently and another is about to take an overseas holiday the continuance of the campaign is looking shakey. This makes me unhappy :( I've been greatly enjoying the chance to play again in a compatible, 'adult' group.

Very much hoping to find a game to play in on Tuesdays this year, ever so tired of the whole "in addition to running two games, being the default organiser of board games and stuff on my other gaming day" thing that has happened the past two? more? years. Haven't other people been around long enough to decide what they want to do without waiting until I take an action and then following along?

I'm thinking seriously about running a GURPS: Discworld campaign at some stage this year, but nothing is going to happen with it until *glares at this year's schedule* June...

And yes, it is bloody frustrating. Am begining to suffer serious withdrawal from the weekly Yay-I-get-to-kill-something session...

Who left? Will this affect the neverwinter campaign?

Rob, who wasn't in the Neverwinter game. However if this is just a delay in play rather than the game falling over [crosses fingers] then finishing the module may delay the restart of Neverwinter slightly.

If other people don't buck up their acts a bit though there may be some player turnover before Neverwinter starts up - good thing we're between scenes, it's easy to handle.

I don't want Giants to fall over either... I'm enjoying all of it apart from the intermittent players, so if we can sort that one way or another I think it'll be ok (cross fingers) =)
