Excursions into the ceiling

I'm sure I must have been up there befroe, in the 14 1/2 years we've had this place. However I was still surprised to (re?)discover the TV aerial in the roof.

Also that the pipes are already insulated. Nothing for it but to wait for the water to freeze again then return and figure out where the weakness is. Which probably won't be this year :)

There is also what appears to be some form of electric fence strung up around the roof space - this concerns me a little.

Other happenings: had my lenses replaced today. A couple of my M:tg decks fired really well tonight. Played some Munchkin.

Thin wire cable, ceramic insulating fastenings, wired into a power cable.
