Brother decided he wanted a laptop, so I took him shoping. Strictly entry-level, which means we're stuck with Vista Home Basic.
I'm taking a break from researching the very common Vista wireless networking problems, while it gets to full charge.
Once I can get it onto my network I'll replace Nortons with something useful and put on Firefox and an office package.
~~~
Also spent a stuid amount of money on a new pair of shoes. Hopefully higher price ~== better quality than the relatively cheap ones I'm wearing out.
~~~
Lesson from yesterday - if your code seems perfect, check the data, especially if it was produced by an earlier version of the system running in parallel. (Doh!)
