You scored as Storyteller. The Storyteller is in it for the plot: the sense of mystery and the fun of participating in a narrative that has the satisfying arc of a good book or movie. He enjoys interacting with well-defined NPCs, even preferring antagonists who have genuine motivations and personality to mere monsters. To the Storyteller, the greatest reward of the game is participating in a compelling story with interesting and unpredictable plot threads, in which his actions and those of his fellow characters determine the resolution.

With apologies to Robin Laws.

What RPG Player (Not Character) Type Are You?

My last three characters were very different from one another.
Ghod. I can't remember all of my last three characters!

Arthur of course, since I'm playing him at the moment.

Deacon, the healer cleric I made for [livejournal.com profile] blackphoenix524's game doesn't count, since I didn't play him in the end.

Lazakus, in [livejournal.com profile] eskermikey's AU game last year was quite unique.

And then - is it really? -Armexis (another D&D fighter type) the year before that.

I need to play in more games!

That took entirely too much time digging back through my LJ. There are some good rants in there though :-/

Going back through old journal entries is fun :D especially the ones from a few years back. I look at mine and I'm amused by what's changed (and what hasn't)
