Games that should not be played

I'm on cable, so I should not get broken reception and advisories to wait for heavy rain or snow to clear! Not on precisely the channels I want to watch, clearing up only after I've missed too much of the movie/show to continue and moving to the next channel I want to watch.

Someone is playing games, and I'm not happy.

It's probably a Sky problem, since all Saturn's channels are purchased through Sky. Not much you can do about it, there probably is a rain/snow problem, just not in the cable bit.
