Tuesday

I knew it was too good to be true

Registered and signed and got my student id # from CPI. Reading through the manual discovered that "5 hours a day" is a lie. They also expect 3 hours a day at home (this had not in any way been mentioned previously, and I shall take this up with them at the earliest convenience).

I fully expect to be far enough ahead of their curve to have to do no more than my planned 1 hour a day (average) and still maintain a satisfactory rate of progress, but I am prepared to revisit that idea in a few weeks once I have a better idea of the workload.

Owies. And that's only the side effects from the short trips I made on Monday and today. My butt wants to kill me and my thighs want to suspend me from hooks.

Also, why hasn't someone invented more comfortable bicycle seats? If I'm still cycling when I have money again I may look into one of those horizontal things.

Uni

Spent the afternoon in the Ilam, generally being ignored but managing my good deed for the day. Also stuck up posters for NZRaG and Broken Kingdoms.

Gaming

Finished off the story arc. Lazukus leveled, put a stat point into INT and the flow-through effects caused me to rewrite him on a clean character sheet.

Wednesday

Spent most of the day in at Uni. Was less ignored :) Occupied myself somewhat by doing the fighter and rogue class conversions (on paper even) for Broken Kingdoms.

Grrrrrrr

Of the two posters I put up yesterday (which I had stamped by reception and everything) the NZRaG one survived (or be it moved to a different area) but the one for my campaign was gone.

This means war.
