I ring to make sure they know my course is starting a week later than listed for purposes of the student allowance.


"Oh, we're waiting for you to return your declaration of income"

"What declaration?"

"Oh, the one we don't seem to have sent you yet. I'll send you out another one now".

I suppose I should be glad that they do actually log these things.
