Letter from Toyota, they want to borrow my car for a display at a Homeshow in mid-October.

They "promise to return my wonderful Prius groomed and in pristine condition". They also offer a loan vehicle for the duration, a complimentary invitation for two to the show, and a complimentary valet at a later date?

Sounds like a good deal :)

Hell yes.
Damn, I'd do it.

Actually, you should also ask for a full tank of gas upon return (and make sure it's almost empty when they borrow it).
I know it's not as big a thing for you, but it all counts..

Unfortunately it's only two weeks away and I just filled up - I will be zeroing the tripmeter however :)

I am in fact planning to get them to make a couple of minor repairs while it's in - like fixing the cargo-bay shade which has lost a screw and won;t stay open.

Bill them.
Charge them mileage (not for petrol, but for maintenance)
And take photos first.

Ideally you take a photo that manages to conceal some minor cosmetic damage and then claim it happened under their care.

Or maybee I'm just being greedy.
