The bad: Internet connection down / intermittant
The Worse: 50 min est. wait time on hold on the support line
The Ugly: wasting an hour tonight messing with my settings and having my firewall down because I rang in this morning when the problem hadn't cleared up after manifesting last night - and it came back up just after the tech suggested I try disabling said firewall.
This has pretty much put paid to the happy post I was going to make tonight. I'll try it again tomorrow.
