An evening.

Two lots of trick-or-treaters last night. The first lot were 13-14 year old, dressed as rabbits & fairies, and didn't even bother saying TorT. I was distracted at the time and just told them No, if I'd been thinking a bit faster I would have told them to do some research and come back in 6 months time, or when they were legal ;)

The second lot (which redchristoph fielded) were apparently _giving away_ candy??!

After that I went to the impromptu drinkies @ the bordello (nobody had actually decided to throw a halloween party this year. WTF??!). That was quiet, but fun.

• hauled self out of bed


• cleaned shower


• read some more of City Works. I'm only halfway through. Was well worth the money.


• attended Nigel and Natalia's wedding ceremony. Ceremony was not without its hitches, but the important one went alright :)


• attended barbecue @ lemukat's flat. Much meaty goodness followed by some chocolately goodness. Interesting crossovers in the social groups attending.


• came home and experimented with list code in LJ


• eating icecream. Going to muck around on the computer for a while before going to bed. Unexplainably tired, given the day.
