So yesterday my supervisor tells me he's decided to bite the bullet and send a bunch of this overdue work elsewhere for processing. Yay! That's a huge weight lifted. Now I only have to relabel and pack it appropriately for transport - much easier job.

redchristoph's any more). John rings up the purchase then looks across the counter at me and says "you realise we are selling the DMG and Monster Manual at $100 for the pair". Whoot whoot whoot goes my bargain alert. So I walked out with the set.
Gaming was cool again :) And, since I didn't get around to updating yesterday, I'll mention that I thought Wednesday's game went a lot better this week as well.
