I stopped at Antonio Hall today to collect V's photos and test the alarms for M. While I was there I had a look around, and when I got to the inner door of the original house heard voices inside!
So I backed off and called M in, before he arrived two high-school boys (in uniform) emerged (and got a bit of a fright). As many do they had "assumed the place was unused" and "thought they would have a look around".
When M arrived we did the usual, getting them to go through their pockets and taking photos of their IDs before letting them go with a warning. Did advise that they should check the website and go through us if they wanted a proper tour through the rest of the place. We would after all love to show classes through there.
After that M and I did a detailed walkthrough and realised that the last hot-water-cylinder has been torn out and made off with sometime in the past couple of weeks. It was upstairs in the managers residence (which is showing all the signs of being thoroughly turned over - again) and the brazen bastards actually threw it out one of the front windows to get it to ground level (you can see where it landed).

The next working bee is scheduled for Sunday the 18th (double checks date), please comment if you think you'll be there.
- glass cleanup to continue
- more windows to be weatherproofed
- if circumstances allow some of the items that prowlers have been showing an interest in (piling in apparent preparation for removal) will be moved to a less obvious location.

The grounds are looking quite good, the mystery mower was quite thorough. I took some more photos that I might put up later.
