Well that didn't go according to plan. I followed three thugs into a dark alley knowing I'd been made, had a brief conversation with tham that netted some useful information, and then my dice decided they hated me. I know this because the GM was also usung my dice and they were consistantly rolling high for him and low for me.
So instead of easily taking on the thugs in H2H when they started pulling their guns I failed in my opening move and got shot a lot. Fall over.
Not dead, thanks to merciful DM. And I'm going to be away for the next session, so the fact that Sarge is in hospital is ... convenient.
The rest of the party however will have to deal with Internal Affairs riding along with them for a week. Some of the dodgier stuff that has been done recently is coming back to haunt them :)
