The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingram in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.

Kitty update - kitties went off to pet-shop heaven yesterday (as scheduled). Can now leave the back door open without having to watch for raids on the kitchen.

You ever see A Christmas Story? Reading about your adventures with stray kittens kind of made me think of that movie.

At the end of the movie, the neighbor's dogs bust into the house and eat the Christmas turkey, which is some kind of prized tradition or something. The father just stands there yelling "BUMPUSESSSS!!!!" (I guess the neighbor was named Bumpus?)
