Noticing behavioural change

I felt that I was more ... outgoing ... than usual at the two events I attended tonight. OTOH it may merely have been a side-effect of all the icecream consumed at the Fire and Ice ... cream event.

Anyway, feeling kind of good about life at the moment. Worth a note before I crash.

... achieved much today
... done much today
... tried to do much today.

Wish I could say I felt rested because of this. (Or the two naps.)

It was a day where I eventually wasn't preoccupied running around after anyone else and really started to feel the lack of anyone running around after me.
