Overdid it
Feb. 20th, 2013 08:40 amThe problem with being used to doing things while tired is that even with more energy it is automatic to push on and get more stuff done when tired rather than taking time to rest.
I hereby clarify that the goal is twofold - to have more energy to do stuff and and still to feel better after doing that stuff. The path to achieving this involves learning to take time out before increasing the amount of stuff that gets done. (The alternative being a case of cart-before-horse.)
Mayhap I will take up that watching media thing that all the cool kids seem to be into these days.
