Apr. 21st, 2011 09:05 amThat was my final appointment. Turns out I get to keep the traction wedges (although technically only one is a wedge) - I thought they were on loan. Never mind, I'll find a use for them.
My spine is in as near to perfect shape as they can make it, no point shelling out for another year. The initial problems are eased but not resolved - going to see what a physio can do for me next.
(The real solution is probably getting off my arse and doing a lot more exercise, I'm getting better at that but it's unlikely to become a significant reality in the near future.)
