An hour short of bedtime

I think it could be classed as a productive couple of days, even if it doesn't seem like it.

After yesterday I have a much better idea of how to do some good things with JavaScript, hooray for people who really understand the stuff and come up with functions I can more-or-less grok before copying and pasting them.

Last night I wound up at Sparks in the Park which despite having more false endings than the Return of The King movie eventually got to some decent fireworks.

This morning I knocked out a bit of work then spent the afternoon sorting out sound settings on VirtualDub. The solution to the poor sound quality that was being recorded was blindingly simple, but still took me 3-4 hours to get to. Admittedly the earlier of that was just leaving the system recording for an hour because I thought I had already sorted the issue, only to decide that the result really wasn't acceptable. But it's not like I did much else while I was waiting. Anyway, I think I can now full steam ahead with format-shifting from VHS, when I feel so inclined.

This evening I pointed the bike in a semi-random direction and went for a gentle half-hour ride. Got to be good for me.
