Full text pretty much as printed online at http://tvnz.co.nz/view/page/536641/2440551 . No mention of John Key (the actual Prime Minister, for my offshore friends) by name at all.
I guess they know who's really running the country :D
I'm sure the bulletin will be up on TVNZ on Demand eventually - currently yesterday's bulletin is the 'Latest News', which confused me briefly.

The Prime Minister has now called an urgent meeting of Cabinet ministers and some department chief executives to be held on Thursday.
