Up and downs
Sep. 28th, 2008 10:05 amSo I had visitors yesterday - we watched Hogfather and I cooked dinner for more than just myself :) As a side effect I discovered a Gingerbred Man (gluten free bakery) not very far from me on Blenheim Road. It was good.

Then I sat back down at the computer and discovered that the internet had gone away. After power-cycling everything it was still not there, so I read for a bit and otherwise killed time until![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
zakzahn got home and noticed that his laptop couldn't see the wireless network.

Long story short, I'm buying a new router today. The modem is currently connected directly to my computer, there is no network.
