When every song speaks to the heart...

I seem to be spending a lot of the time angry at the moment. (Several readers are thinking cynically "so whats unusual about that?")

Anyway, the weekend.
Excellent drinkies for Brain's flatwarming/birthday on Friday evening, followed by a successful SAGA social at which most people enjoyed themselves (not a dig at you Cody). Some issues relating to ohther games threated to blow up early on, and the barbeque was late arriving, but it was fun. Better than last year's I think. Thanks to everyone that helped out, especially since I managed to keep only superficial involvement.

The saturday party was...interesting. I'm not going to go into details, but I was there at the end to make sure one person got home safely. (By request of said person before she got quite drunk, before I get accused of poking my nose where it isn't wanted again). I got 6 hours sleep before my system decided I shouldn't be in bed at this hour, and spent most of the rest of the day playing no-quite-mindless computer games to keep from dwelling on stuff.

I had a very hard time getting out of bed this morning, have had one bit of bad news already, and suspect I'm going to get more as the day progresses.
