5:45am - alarm went off
7:05am - got to work
The day almost ran to time. Right up to the point that the person in charge of the field trip decided we could stop into the Woodend pub for a shout on the way back.
We were only 1/2 hour later getting back to work than planned.
Still it was a beautiful sunny day and the fresh air has probably done wonders for my chest. As expected the trip wasn't particularly taxing - I got to show a couple of people how to flip over sheep and got a look at some of the juicy coastal country of North Canterbury. My brain wasn't really up to the brainstorming sessions and I didn't have much of a voice to participate with anyway. Threw in a few ideas. Managed a 15-20min nap each way on the coach (1 3/4hr trip).
6:45pm
Got home feeling pretty good, decided to head into Uni and look for boardgamers. No luck. Hung around on the periphery of some people for a while, completelyy uninvolved. Spent money on food which I didn't manage ot eat much of. It's wierd - my daytime appetite is fine but my evening appetite just isn't returning.
I will be going to work "late" tomorrow.
