The first has a much more nostalgic feel and the second feels very Star Wars/Trek.
Don't ask how I pulled that out of my ass, but thats what I thought when I saw them. They are a bit simplistic though. Not that simple is bad. Look at the wheel.

The top one gives me the impression that 'Star farers' is a sub-title to the gemini title, and would therefore expect gemini varients to appear in the future. However, the second one says to me that it's an item in itself, not geno-specific type product.
