I seriously crunched one side of my neck at some time last night. I know it was before midnight because it prevented solid sleep for the remainder of the night.

An asprin helped this morning - for about half an hour.

Damn soft fleshy human bodies.

Can we fix it?

If you have access to essential oils I have a recipe that seems to work wonders on any aches and pains, especially crunched necks.

5 drops Chamomile Roman oil
5 drops Marjoram oil
1 drop Clove oil (optional)
10-20 ml Carrier oil of some kind.

Rub on sore muscles, and neck joints near-by.

It'l leave you smelling a bit girly, but I find it works better than anti-inflamatories.

I don't :)

I'm hyper-scent-sensitive. Essential oils, incenses, strong perfumes and so forth can have ...unpleasant... effects on me. I tend to steer away from them.

But thanks for the thought :)

63. Nice perfume. Must you marinate in it?
