1pm Sunday 16th (coming Sunday), meet out front 12:45pm. Tour can be expected to take up to an hour and is subject to the following provisos

The property manager has approved the visit subject to:
Appropriate Footwear (Closed in shoes only) - there is a lot of broken glass around
Care to be taken around broken windows and doors
A signed disclaimer / waiver for injury while on site
No charge for the visit
Photographs may be taken, except in certain rooms, which we will point out (Bearing in mind it's a private house.)
ID required to be sighted/recorded
Common Sense to be observed at all times.
