Sick

I had socialising plans and important things to do for today. They have collapsed as I have entered a state of utter exaustion - the type where your body has spent all your physical and emotional energies to keep going. I have the shakes, full body nausea, prickly skin - all the usual stuff. I've been here before.

But I need to be back in action by tomorrow afternoon for this damn trip to Kurow and fully fuctional until I get back on (croses fingers) Tuesday evening.

I'm going to go and crawl into bed and wish for someone to look after me now. The computer has only so much lure.

Food

Hunger is a good sign. Am presently woking my way through a can of sliced pears. Bland, lots of juice.
