Does anyone know where in Christchurch I can purcase fake gemstones (quality, in quantity)? I seem to be on a promise to actually make an attempt at theme for the Dev & Dec party.

Belle suggests trying Spotlight and dancewear places, and maybe $2 shops if you're lucky. Matt suggests takign a look at a place called Bling.

What sort of gemstones?

I would suggest The Bead Shop if you're after a specific type of bead (there's one in town) otherwise for rhinestones etc, what they ^ said.
