Well since you asked nicely... I've updated the spreadsheet and the chart therein.

By 200Gb you are out the top of most of the "Home" plans and on an "unlimited" plan for those that offer them. From my dealings with the telcos they'll be happy to offer you a better deal if you are regularly going through that much data.
