Had my annual x-ray on Thursday (under the lj-cut for the bone geeks), report today. I'm about as fixed as they can make me, which is good because even if I hadn't been planning to stop going the pre-report presentation I sat through today may have been the most patronising yet and may have tipped the balance on general principles.

Not feeling guilty about not doing my exercises regularly is already a weight off my mind.
