Had a perfectly good nap ruined by the most frustrating not-packed-ready-to-go-somewhere dream, on a day when I have nowhere I have to go and nothing I have to do (despite which I woke up motivated & did a straight 3 hours work (probably necessitating the nap)).

The week has been pretty good I think - it's mostly a bit of a blur but I think the forced extended lunch breaks are having the desired effect - I'm starting to feel a bit more relaxed.
