I would have attempted things (although I'm not entirely sure what), but Curaogh just wasn't in a position to do anything. Add to that the fact that things kept being discussed in Elvish and Curaogh is the only one currently who doesn't understand the language, plus Carrie trying to keep Curaogh away at all times (except at night so she could bodyguard her while she slept) and you certainly weren't the only one unhappy with the sessionn.
With regards to the objective, I was very relieved when Aether reported the conversation he had overheard between Sinal and Lineal. Before then I thought we were going to have to hunt down the other guys and beat them up a lot after they left Beneorn. Quite frankly, I'm not sure we deserved it.
