Antonio Hall: requesting photos plus other stuff
Could I ask anyone who has photos of the Hall to make them available to me? I can arrange to come and collect them on a penddrive or something if necessary. The reason for this is that with stuff being moved/broken on a nightly basis now we need some references to figure out what has happened when. (Someone volunteering to collate, tag and compare the photos would be welcome as well :)
Secondly; M is happy enough with tours/work happening at the Hall as long as I have a reliable offsider at all times, any volunteers? I'd like a list of people I can call on, because I know most people don't have my flexible schedule. Also volunteers to check the grounds at random intervals (if you happen to be passing) and report any open doors/windows - we've instituted a policy of closing the regular entrances to identify where and when people are entering. I'm frequently going by at about 10pm, but I don't recommend others taking the risk of going in alone at night.
Related - this means the times we take people through are now less restricted. I'm happy to co-ordinate with anyone who has one or more friends they'd like to show through, or anyone who would like to spend some extra time tidying the place up (I expect to be spending a lot of time there myself over the Xmas/NY break) :)
Finally, those of us interested in committing to this for the long term (on the assumption there can be a long term) need to get together at some point and set out what the goals of the group are and how we're going to achieve them. For instance people who have been shown through keep offering donations, but to accept money we really need to have a legal entity (trust or society) set up with is dotted and ts crossed.
