I spent yesterday at work adding tags to my LJ entries back to the beginning of 2004. Next week I expect I'll do the remaining entries back to the end of 2002.

Last nights Gemini was about half me talking on about stuff that was happening while the players looked at me but failed to take any cues or make any moves, about 1/4 a space combat that I threw in, and about 1/4 salvage bookwork and a ground combat. I even briefly slipped into "adversarial GM" mode just to make it interesting for myself. One of the new players had practically nothing to do, the other found stuff to do.
This isn't working. How do I grab these guys and make them do stuff?

This afternoon (hopefully) I have a trip down to Ashburton. It's not much, but it's "work". details that should have been recorded a year ago, but no-one thought of and now it needs to go in the report.
